thank you so much! I'm trying to steer into more representation. I enjoy my work better when there is a trans lesbian, and I realize more and more that representation of us matters so very much. My next book, an erotic romance, stars a trans lesbian as well, as will the next if I can get it done. 😅

I shall be looking forward to it. I talked to a lot of top sapphic writers and i get "I don't write trans characters as I'm not one. You don't own a BDSM nightclub either. Or Ladies dude rance. You aren't a Hollywood celebrity, or have traveled the Amazon. They write of that. It's called research.

research and communication and sensitivity readers and beta readers from different walks of life. I'm not saying they can do a better job of that character than a trans lesbian herself, but it'd be nice if people stopped pretending we don't exist/belong in lesbian spaces. I want to change that.

I'm so impressed by your goal and efforts. Some authors fear they will alienate their readership. I think it increases. Many are looking for representation. To those that say I never lived that life-OK-Some have.. I've attended 5 lesbian festivals. No issues.Others have to WANT to. Keep it up.

As a 67 year old translesbian who's never represented in #sapphic #romance or #Literature..I want a lot of representation from those writers qualified to write Translesbian characters. Some have told me they won't include a MC that is a translesbian. That hurts as representation matters.
