Contrarian is definitely Lucio who only heals when he needs to heal himself. He spends 90% of the game wall-riding and going for boops

Stubborn - Doom (if I had to pick a DPS, my heart says Reaper)
Opportunist didn't have one until now :]
Contrarian - Lucio (that's the only possibility)
Paranoid - Mercy/Moira, but I think Para can play any support
