Because if you put in a lawsuit that your client had a whole in person conversation with a celebrity at this event and it’s proven said celebrity was on tour in a different time zone, & that her father drove 10hrs round trip to pick her up which the dad said didn’t happen that’s a very big problem.

The location in question is even questionable as her descriptions do not match.
She claims a female celebrity witnessed the assault. Till today that female celebrity is unnamed.
The biggest of all, she claims her father drove 4+ hours to go pick up his 13 year old child at a gas station.

Every word of what you said. I don’t believe in “believe all accusers, full stop.” I think we should listen to each claim carefully and judge the veracity on a case by case basis. Some discrepancies happen, human memories are faulty. But they don’t invent whole convos with folks who weren’t present

I honestly hope Jay sues the shit out of him and whichever association holds his bar license disciplines him. This was reckless and seems a lot to me like a violation of ethics to have filed a federal lawsuit without doing the basic due diligence he could have pawned off on a paralegal
