Well, you see, Trump didn't personally take a gun and shoot at Capitol Police, so he didn't do an insurrection *personally*. Likewise, you can't *prove* he ordered people to storm the capitol!
It's bullshit, but there is ambiguity there. Not so here.

Now, and to be clear I think this is basically on the very horizon of possible outcomes, the Roberts Court might say this is fine. What must be understood is that if they do, they have broken the Constitution and betrayed the basic foundational pillars of the government.

Most people who aren't Trump and his direct camp have been acting like there will be a US government in 4 years that will function like the one 4 years ago and not an Imperial Court, SCOTUS included, so I place it way out in the edge of possibility. Not worth worrying about yet.

https://Whitehouse.gov is posting Trumps Birthright EO as Constitutional Law. He has manipulated and rewrote the 14th Amendment and posted it for the public to read on a Govt website. How could this NOT be an impeachable offense? Can someone please explain?

I am aware of their argument, the problem is that this is total nonsense. Us laws and state laws apply to every person in the US not subject to diplomatic immunity. If Trump's lawyers would like to say that I'm not a US citizen they're also saying I'm not beholden to US law by their own argument.

Roe v. Wade was a case of legal interpretation overturning an earlier court case, and Trump v. US established (bad) precedent. Both of these are within the power of the judciary.
The judiciary has no power to flatly overturn Amendments to the Constitution. Neither does the executive.
