A bit 😅 I just remember my test results from that incident in 2023, where I was legit in mild hypokalemia & Im not interested in experiencing that again. I wonder if electrolytes work better if they're taken before symptoms appear. Ya know how some things are better as preventatives than as treatments?? I think I should get some of those cause I get fluttery episodes sometimes and never even thought of potassium

I guess all you can really do is eat potassium rich foods and maybe include a supplement too... Would your insurance cover a cardiologist?

I hate my cardiologist LMAO
Told my GP if I have to go back I want a different one. I didnt feel like the one I went to listen to me at all, I felt really disrespected.
My GP thanked me for being honest & sticking up for myself at least. 😅

I need a new GP cause mine went all rotating Dr's and everyone has been insufferable. Not listening, dismissive. 🙄 I've been putting off picking a new place cause it's such a crapshoot. But my cardiologist has been great. 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️
