yep I was gobsmacked to learn recently that a Qld Dept primary function was to ensure trade markets are kept secure not health of animals, ecosystems, biodiversity. Primary function of Qld National Parks I heard one time was to make them totally safe for visitors. 🤯

We can have both but everyone wants their own private house in a suburb that used to be nature and commuting an hour. We need to build up not out and the elites that profit on dirty fuel and live in excess.

Well if they don’t wanna live in a box in the sky they can suck it, a lot of people aren’t happy with sustainability. We gotta get off this rock cause even with no humans it will end. Everything dies eventually. Also, if we have cities without mega suburbs surrounding it nature will be close.
