Yesterday a homeless man was freezing outside a store. I asked him what I could buy for him. His shoes were almost in shreds so he said "size 10". When I came out he had briefly moved so I placed the new shoes near his neatly folded blanket. This shouldn't be happening in wealthy Ontario #onpoli
