Just watched Gavaldón’s La noche avanza (The Night Falls, 1952). Pedro Armendáriz is a ball of fire (and Borgnine-esque) in this melodrama/noir as a supremely egotistical, three timing jai-alai player. Looks great. - ThreadSky
