Could I ask you guys to throw a 25th amendment in there somewhere, and oh, also see to it that they don't erase the 22nd amendment?

Yes, at least get it on the docket to discuss in congress. Then vote to revoke. If it fails the first time due to delusional party loyalty, get it back on the docket again. And again. Till enough Republicans wake up and accept the truth. Their leader and the President is crashing the US.
I somehow suspect he'll find and use other powers to scuttle the boat. That is my view from the outside. They seem he'll bent on bringing down the US. It's incredible to see 🙈
Revoking emergency tariff powers requires a majority in each house of Congress.
Then Trump vetoes.
To override the veto, there has to be a 2/3 majority in each house.
Good luck with that...
Not that it would make a difference now, but would like to see an actual limit on “less challenged” EO’s, and everything after that is just ignored or highly scrutinized. It does of course mean Congress has to do their job, which is a tall order these days too.
Same for pardons, (very) limited number of less scrutinized pardons, and everything else has to have approval. This stupid amount of allowed immunity to do stupid shit is going to kill us.
But what about all those many times in US history where it's been crucial that tariffs be levied immediately without the delay of seeking authority of Congress?*

The UK has over the last 10 years has had it's fair share of nonsense but parliamentary process has largely kept that in check (ignore Brexit)
