Disdain for patients should be entirely unacceptable, even if someone is being difficult.
But instead it seems like many HCW have disdain towards patients by default and then make up excuses to justify it if the patient is trying to be nice. Rotten culture

Then when you dare to question an obvious error, or request a standard part of care they forgot, those same HCWs feel insulted.
Because how dare that person they’re looking down on find a mistake, or have a request…?
