Act dumb. They will ask you to install the app, go "I don't know how to do that, can you help me?" They will send you a link to install it, that link will be trackable to their account.

The remote desktop companies are aware that being known as a tool scammers use is a serious reputation risk, they're more than happy to nuke them. They will go after the account you report, and find the ones linked to it, and nuke them all.

At the very least you'll knock a scam farm off the air for hours or more until they create a new account, and the more times they pull this shit, the easier it is for the RD company to profile and proactively detect them.

Far more effective than just keeping one of them on the line for a long time. This knocks them back a bit.

You might have to play dumb going "I don't know how to install that" until they send you a link with their account ID embedded in it. Then you nuke. Some people say "hey just nuked you" others stay online to hear the chaos as they all lose access. I usually just hang up once I have the link.
