trying to find link to executive order ; isn’t published yet? I find press re EO of executive branch having authority over FTC/FCC/SEC policies and functioning, independent agencies established by Congress, but no link to that actual EO. I believe he did it, I just want the EO to be able to fight

Sec 7 seems to be a relevant portion. They seem to be claiming supreme executive power over federal employees only.
However Sec 3 (b) might be of concern, since they are claiming that power over the Federal Election Commission.
