They are cowards. Had DOJ had Trump arrested on Jan 20, 2021, the trial would have happened and he’d be in jail. But instead, Garland sat on his hands for 2 years and now look where we are.

With the Supreme Court's decision giving immunity to a sitting president, it seems unlikely 45 will ever be prosecuted by the DoJ. It's exactly why 45 wanted that decision.
