Holy shit. Just finished ep. 3. Thanks dude. I think I had watched 1-2, decided I should wait to watch the rest until I reread the books, got bored reading the books and forgot about it.

AND I say always see the movie or show first IF you can because then you’ll enjoy both! Books are always much more detailed so that’s interesting when you read. If you read first it’s impossible to not compare and feel robbed of missed scenes.
I should warn. In S1 COVID hit and Barney Harris left for episodes 7&8 so they were flailing a bit and their CGI kind of disintegrated. Just wiz through those and start S2.

I also have a terrible time imagining character's faces and descriptions so watching the movie or show first definitely helps me.
