Couldn’t play with Allen? He was one of the best WRs in the league those years and was actually in the top 5 of most stats when he was in Houston. This is a one year deal. The 26 guaranteed is all this coming year I’m sure. Pats have the money to spend. I see no downside really.

This is a great signing imo. It’s only guaranteed for 26mil and the Pats can get out of it after a year if Diggs goes off the rails (which can happen to a “competitor” if the team starts to lose) Age 31 isn’t too old, even after an ACL. This isn’t the 70’s, people

Diggs was run out of town at his last two teams because he gave up on the team. He's washed up, he's not a good team mate, and he'll quit on u when u need him most. This signing is trash. I'm willing to bet he gets cut by week 4 and he gets to keep that $26 mill guarantee. Great job Pats 🙃👍
