Are we at the point where we can say John Harbaugh is a little overrated? Only a single Super Bowl appearance in 17 years as a head coach, despite having loaded rosters a bunch of times.
The loaded roster is partly due to Harbs, in fairness.
Overrated? If someone's saying he's the best head coach in the league, that's obviously too far. But he's still a damn good coach, even if he's struggled to get over that final hump.
Honestly both coaches are bad at specific things but damn it if I don’t look at the coaching landscape and would clutch tighter to harbaugh or tomlin lmfao
Both are well past their best and the message is stale, 3 playoffs wins each in the last 10 seasons.
In fact John has one less reg season win, and one less playoff appearance than MT in the last 10 seasons, despite a stacked roster.
JH is outcoached in the playoffs nearly every year.
To all the guys who think Harbaugh & Tomlin are overrated, need to move on, etc. Who is your upgrade? I think finding a qualified HC at that level is as problematic as finding a QB. I’m not entirely sure there are 32 people who can do the job.
