Paul Craig Roberts also believes that Israel will move in to Lebanon next, which most analysts are saying.

He also says the Trump admin will now be emboldened to go after Iran and Russia. Realistically, Russia won't fall, but BRICS could be set back, and wars will escalate.

I would say Assad did what he could and he did stand alone until the end until he was Gaddafied.

I'm not a fan of Assad-bashing after investigations into US and UK psywar, but others and primarily Syrians have a right to criticize him, especially since he left Syria without a making a statement.

i default to "it's all fake if the west says it" until i corroborate through other means, but in my eyes all men with too much power are pretty much guilty regardless of any obvious atrocities, that's not personal to assad or anyone
