I am biased as her advisor, but Kim Akano's dissertation and DH work (the latter supported by our wonderful @princetoncdh.bsky.social) are fascinating and will add so much to our understanding of the role of religion in African American and African connections. #AcRel

The project is related to her dissertation on "the religious, racial, and political formation of African students in the US" in the 20thC.
