I would start with four early comedies, move onto the problem plays; then the four great tragedies and finally the late romances (Cymbeline, Winter's Tale, Pericles) ending with The Tempest. After that you really have to do the history plays in a sensible order. Then LLL and the rest.
It's difficult to know where to put Titus Andronicus. When I saw the play performed at the Globe Theatre, London, on a hot summer's day, at least four of the groundlings fainted at the sight of amputation and copious blood.
