Yes, our content is still there. There is no way for us to even delete it. Our accounts are perfect little time capsules as of right now, and I'm nervous about what that might mean in the future if we still can't access anything

It has to do with where your ACCOUNT data is stored. Your account is stored in a Canadian location (not banned). To comply with 'ban', Oracle 'had' to restrict access to data servers hosting the accounts.
