I went and looked at the graph tool on the linked page and I *think* I understand; does the view in the screenshot suggest that most pollsters are forecasting more Liberal and fewer CPC votes vs. 338?

The red maple in the middle signifies the average of Conservative and Liberal support across all polls. The y-axis measures deviation of Conservative support in any single poll from that average. The x-axis does the same for the level of Liberal support im any single poll. 1/2

A poll in the lower-right quadrant suggests that that individual poll showed an INcrease in support for the Libs as compared to the average Lib support across ALL polls, while also showing a DEcrease in Con support compared to average Con support across all polls. Almost all recent polls show this.
