I'm not so sure. Pierre seems to thrive on getting everything workshops beforehand. Anytime he's met with a surprise and has to give a quick answer it goes badly. After all he's refusing to allow reporters come with him on the trail. That looks so bad for a debate imo.

Poilievre's campaign hasn't been so much right-wing politics, as it's been right-wing PR.

He was operating on the principle that if you keep to simplistic three-word slogans, you can fool enough of the people, for long enough.

Sadly, if not for Trump's actions, he would have been right about that.

This is the thing. You don’t see Poilievre in any positive relationship with peers, always adversarial. I cannot see him “lead” the provincial premiers. Cannot imagine him partnering with leaders in Europe. Mr Arrogant Smirkface. 😣

The two relationship numbers, in general, make some sense as I'm not sure I've seen any real ability to form working relationships. Unnecessary attacks on mayors & premiers when he was high up in the polls and, even when fortunes appeared to be changing, he couldn't even congratulate Ford.
