Jump on those hashtags, add some unique flare to it!
Don’t be afraid to start a conversation.
Be active on the timeline, engage with each other. Don’t be afraid to yap.
Be lighthearted and approachable.
However, DO avoid unnecessary drama unless it’s something serious and deserving of attention / has good talking points.
Do you make Art? Video edits? Assets? If so, make a post giving something away.
If you can’t make, consider investing to give away something. Even 25-65$ can go a long way (ie: a steam game)
You don’t need to drop thousands.
I can’t recommend enough just how important it is to have connections and friends who are likeminded and share your content style and humor.
Obviously, don’t force yourself to be friends with everyone. But find your people!!
This one is a little surprising but I cannot recommend enough to stop spreading yourself so thin. You have your own stuff to manage.
Adding another person’s responsibilities on top of that will cause a burnout. It’s never ended well imo.
UNLESS you’re getting paid for it, and they have at least 2 other mods, you’re just gonna be stuck being their helper.
+ don’t be afraid to leave being a mod currently if you want to pursue content fulltime.
