Made a Thanksgiving feast (my mum cannot wrap her head around seitan) & as is traditional, though sated, pushed it to gluttonous discomfort with a big slice of pumpkin pie. It’s a far cry from Spanish nibbles & vermouth, but it’s much colder here.😉😂

…& you know, whilst I got a look of deep dissatisfaction at the mention of pumpkin pie, it turned to surprise after tasting it, even a “this is actually very good, I thought it would be awful”.😂
