If you see ICE performing an illegal arrest (they most likely are), document and report everything. Ask for proof of their warrant. Exercise your right to stay silent and don't give them information. And please fucking mask, if not for your health for your civil liberties

obviously we don't know what the situation is with this poor Tufts student. It could have been official. But from what I'm seeing of the video, no one read her her rights and she was intimidated into submission. We have to know what our rights are to stand up for ourselves, so please stay vigilant

I unfortunately don't know the answer to that, especially since it seems to depend on which state you are in. Ultimately though, it's in your imperative to withhold information from ICE as much as you can, so even if you do encounter them/cannot escape, you have the right to remain silent always
