Yes it’s called general taxation. It’s the same taxation that pays for tds and super junior cabinet ministers or are they free 🤷‍♂️. We have an 8 billion surplus and as a Welshman living in Ireland who knows that a poor country like Wales has not only a better health system but it’s completely free
