It's hard. I never married or had children. I am grateful to still have contact with my brother and his family. Also with some cousins. Are there in senior activities you could participate in? I found since staying home during the pandemic I don't mind. I read, listen to music & stream shows.

Our world is a little “off” these days (has been for a least a decade) so it’s apparent rejection might actually be a good thing. I have found solace in literature. I have low expectations for much improvement in our society any time soon. It is heartbreaking 💔
