The fact that Elon is a tweaker* has been obvious for quite some time now.

*My guess is that he's actually addicted to some bespoke research chem stimulant that's not widely available with a pharmacological profile most similar to methamphetamine. That's close enough to a "tweaker" in my book.

As a wealthy man beholden to no one, with an army of servants and an unlimited supply of drugs (including downers), he can keep it going for a lot longer than your regular Joe.
