y'all are also demanding wayyy too much professionalism from the png+ dev... they can write a random internet post saying "i realised i don't vibe with the audience of this free app i made" without getting harassed. vtubers aren't an endangered minority y'all are overreacting a bit it's fine
u could argue the wording feels off but once again ur demanding nuance from some online stranger who doesn't owe you professionalism y'know. like sure use another app that one is abandoned anyway, but don't make an entire thing abt this saying "not all vtubers!" you DO realise how bad it looks right
If you are talking about what I think you are talking about, there us a difference between stepping away due to life being life, and doing so while also bad mouthing your customers.
that's the thing though, there aren't any Customers here... they posted a free app on the internet and some ppl use it. no one owns anyone anything in this scenario and that's fine!
End user then. I am not saying anything is owed, I fully understand having to step away from a free project due to life. Seen plenty of stuff I like that the creator has had to do leave, but never had one also tell me that I am "weird" and the they want nothing to do with me.
