4 days from now, Trump will be sentenced unless the Court of Appeals decides to grant them time to entertain the same meritless legal arguments that they’ve already rejected. That would be a travesty. They know that delay is the victor here, not the merits.

The way the DOJ proceeded with the Trump case is a joke. Trump has said he could shoot someone in the middle of Fifth Avenue and wouldn't lose any voters. In other words. he would get away with it. The DOJ has failed us. Would a normal guy get away with what he did?
