I can advise on data bias, and how to codify:
1. Awareness
2. Inclusion
3. Regulation

The bitter pill for @volteuropa.org is that they must begin to hire women in tech leadership, one of the bastions of privilege.
#Diversity is NOT women in supporting roles; e.g. helpdesk.

Algorithms are the matrix in which bias is expressed: hasn't changed since Ada so advised. Your letter is effective. A regulatory framework is essential to overcome #bias, AND relies on political will to ensure regulations applied.
That requires participation: @volteuropa.org needs to include women.

I completely agree but worrying that before the EU is taking action the German Elections are over.
Our democracy didn't invest intime against threads via flaws in our own democratic system. As the "old"parties loved to use these flaws themselves, just now far right is using this 100 times worse.
