That in no way takes away from the victims who were abused, ignored and made to feel shame for the crimes of others.

Accusers and victims are not one in the same.

Statistically, more people have been abused than have been falsely accused. One does not take away from the other: it's not a zero-sum calculation.

Assuming someone is guilty simply because they’ve been accused makes you an asshole.
