These are great! That's at least one christmas present sorted. I didn't recognise Llanddywn itself, but LLŷn behind is immediately recognisable even in just a few lines. Love it. Quick Q: if I order it to the recipient's house for me to wrap when I get there, will the packaging give away contents?
I'm going to send a few test orders and see. Fines won't start being issued until 2027 so there is very little risk. The rules are designed to control the mass import of counterfeit electrical goods from China so I don't see how they will affect us at all.
I’m expecting a “printed paper” type exception but problems seem to be dealt with after the regulations come in. I was worried about the recent German packaging rules but so far I’ve been okay.
More hurdles to stop us making a living. I’m hoping that a “printed papers” exemption will appear but I’m not holding my breath. Crazy that it’s easier to sell to Japan than to France.
Tracy has to use an agent to import plants to the UK. Bit of a faff at first but all going smoothly now. But yeah you’d think books, prints etc would be exempt from this. Nonsense.
I just wish they’d sort out the problems before putting the regulations in place. No one in the post office had any idea it was happening. It was the same with the previous Brexit rules coming into effect.
