There’s a whole bunch of crap about why they say they’re putting the prices up, none of which mentions that they are a failing, privately owned monopoly, which has used london’s water customers as a cash cow for the last 30 odd years.
The point is, it doesn’t really matter whats on the second page. We all know they’ve spent our money on fattening the wallets of the shareholders while pumping sewage into our waterways, allowing the infrastructure to fall into disrepair, & amassing huge debts. And they will continue to do so.
Are they national? Are there other options? Not that I am suggesting that you don't fight what they're doing, just thinking about how people can make their lives easier in the short term without contributing to it indirectly.
