I swear, I'm never going to understand people who complain about certain games being short, as if that would make the games lose value/quality. Especially games that were made in under a month or less.
Games don't always have to be long to be good, man.

So many phenomenal games that have stuck with me thanks to their short length in comparison to, long but still solid, titles
but also a short hike was absolutely incredible and took less than 10 hours. a good game is a good game.
I like short and sweet games. Just not for a full $70. I'll easily pay $30 for a quality 10 hour experience though.
Some games also are good because they are short
What I mean is when people rest value to a game just because it's short. Or when they complain about it being short when maybe it was for a jam that limited the amount of words
I was also just mentioning it since sometimes people who say mean comments about how "the game should be like this or that" use their ignorance as an excuse to be rude and it's honestly really sad.
I'm sorry you had to experience that firsthand too 🫂
They're still good, but I'd like to get more than an afternoon out of them.
