They're considering legal action, but if we know SE, likely nothing will come of that last point. I mean hell, the Rain nightclub stuff never got handled with attorneys.

I picked up the game February of last year so I am completely uninformed about what the "Rain nightclub" situation involved.

Did it involve putting millions of actual player accounts at risk?

Someone bought a few billboards and slapped modded characters on them to promote their in game night club.

Stalking tools are more serious, I can't see them getting the same treatment as the billboards.

Oh I've heard just a little about the billboard incident and yeah, that wasn't an issue of putting massive amounts of players at risk at all. Wasn't that more about leaked content?

I can kinda see why they didn't invest in a lawsuit for that one.
