Who has written about the worker ownership constitutional push in Spain or wants to write about it? It’s a glimmer of hope in a grim moment. Can put interested journo in touch with someone central to it.

I’m a social movement studies scholar and not a journalist, but I’d be interested in some capacity. Especially if there were another interested co-author.
No. Worker owned can still a privately owned enterprise - there could still be market competition with other worker owned businesses. In communism, the state owns everything (giving de facto ownership to each individual) and there is zero competition.
Communism is stateless. The USSR was Stalinist and is often conflated with communism. Communism was the supposed goal, but they had never achieved it. They claimed to have achieved socialism (it was in the name).
Fun Fact: Spain's Constitution currently has mention of worker ownership.
Spain is already left of centre and is currently Europes best performing economy. Even its unemployment rate, historically quite high, is tumbling rapidly.
While worker ownership has its benefits, a constitutional push may not be the most effective solution, and its implementation could lead to unintended consequences and inefficiencies.
