Do you ever have those days where your brain just starts you out in a really bad mental space? How do you get yourself out of that? I don't want my whole day to be ruined by my head π

Try to workout a bit, go to sauna if You have any nearby, try to do some hobby stuff or go for a walk and buy something nice to eat/drink on way to home :3 β€οΈβ€οΈ
I find I'm usually more up for things after a shower, but the trouble is convincing myself to get in the shower before I'm really up for things yetβ¦ it's a classic catch 22 π΅βπ«
