in his last public statement he openly admitted to entering a relationship under false pretenses with someone who is essentially a subordinate, and then spent time attacking that person's character. it just feels slimy and with this not being the first instance of his issues it just feels insincere

I'm not sure I'd agree that he attacked her character at all. What he said was the least damaging things he could have said to attempt to clear his name imo. RE: the first half, sure, hard to deny that it was shitty but I don't think that should end someone's public facing career imo.

The fallout from Adam’s behavior was far more consequential than it may seem. At that time, TPI had a volunteer base (the fabled storytellers) that were actively pushing for TPI to listen to the harmed individual. TPI then eliminated the fabled program. It’s all nastiness.
