That snow pile was piled up by a motor vehicle — maybe a pickup truck with plow blade, or a bobcat with a scoop. It's on the corner of my block, next to a small parking lot.

No way am I piling snow that high by hand. I'm 63 — in good health, but I'm an old man, not a shoveling machine.
