All the houses with Trump signs in my neighborhood are worth more at least a half mil. Ya, their eggs and bread cost more than a few years ago, but let's be clear - they're terrified of equity and loss of their privilege, not higher food prices.

That’s a good point. The reality is “working class voters” has always been a dog whistle for “white voters”. It’s not about class, but about maintaining white racial privilege.
