Happy birthday, Dr Mary Leakey!

Born today in 1913, Mary Leakey is one of the world's best known paleoanthropologists, who made several important discoveries that changed our understanding of human evolution. She inspired my historical fiction, FOLLOW ME TO AFRICA (out on February 25).
