Very, very sad. Our wild bird population has already been decimated by loss of habitat, pesticides, etc. The last thing they need is a bird flu.

Sometimes, humans (I use the term loosely for some of us) really let us down. How anyone could not admire and stare in awe at a Bald Eagle- a mature bird and our national symbol, is beyond me and profoundly sad. They almost perished from the lower 48.
