The talent to make money is mostly an ability to ignore the consequences of your greed to other people. It is mostly a lack of empathy. Musk was sent to a school that was run like the "Lord of the Flies". Children taught to steal rations from each other and be the biggest bully.
People shouldn’t be homeless or starving and we shouldn’t have multi billionaires but a talent for making money should absolutely improve your quality of life. There should be a gov option for housing, food, car, and health care, but if you want more/better you can earn it.
