Approaching and just saying “hi” isn’t going to work for me anymore. We’re in 2025 people, even a “Hey, how are you doing today there Hadou/Char?” is better than just one word.

also, its honestly much better for me if you approach and ask whatever you’d like to ask or say what you need to say rather than wait for me to be available to talk or ask for such time. I’ll get to it when I’m able to.

Finally, getting to know me is understand that there will be moments where I’ll go silent for a bit and thats okay. I’m not ignoring you, I just have a bit of a busy life but I’m 100% not ignoring anyone unless you pissed me off or said something abysmal.

I honestly just hate back-and-forths that are summed up by "hey, how you doing, good? Good." Like try to have something else to talk about at least!
