The criminal legal system doesn’t work this way, nor should it. Suspicion based on media reports that they could possibly be accessing sensitive data - when they were explicitly authorized to do so - is not probable cause. Pushing for lawlessness in response to lawlessness is not the answer.

Trying to shut down an office authorized by Congress is a question of legal authority, not a crime. Congress could object to the subversion of its authority, but likely won’t, and it would require complex civil (not criminal) litigation. POTUS appoints heads of agencies, and they invited Musk in.
