You CANNOT "earn" a billion dollars. You just simply can't. The math doesn't check out. You'll die of old age long before.
The SOLE way to have a billion dollars is to exploit a massive amount of people. Period. End of discussion. There is no other method. It is inherently unethical.

It’s not that an individual is bad because they’re a billionaire.
In a capitalist system, becoming a billionaire happens through a transfer of wealth, generally from and through the exploitation of people who are poor and the working class.
The process to become and stay a billionaire is immoral.

Kids should not be born into such wealth. Such wealth should not be allowed to form permanent dynasties that grow generation on generation forever. System needs balance.
But those billions absolutely came from exploitation.
To earn 1 million you'd need to save 50k a year for 20 years.
To earn 1 billion you'd need to save 50 million a year for 20 years. Or 140k per *day*.
Most people act like a billion is 10 million. But... lol.
If you worked 365 days a year (and take leap year days off) it would take 2,635 years to earn 1 billion.
