There is a lot to learn and a lot to work on in the months & years to come, but folks really have to wait for the full picture before making grand declarations about this election.
Yes, that's true, but also in 2020 Trump got 14,322 votes in the 41st ward. In 2024, he's sitting at 13,566.
So the number of votes he got there went down, but the percentage this year was 51/47 vs 47/51 in 2020 bc roughly 4,000 fewer voters cast ballots this year.
