Yes, I'll have to do some adjustments as well I think. I have of course been neglecting push ups, so it'll be a tricky challenge. But a good goal to set for myself

Yeah various push-ups are a rather intense finisher, I still do my push-ups as my first exercise after my warm-ups when I do my home bodyweight workouts tbh. I sometimes do push-ups after my gym workout but yeah I can feel I’m a lot more tired then
Yeah I still prioritize them and planks in my home bodyweight training so I do them early on, then I move to other upper body exercises such as rows and hammer curls etc
