My game's daily views on itch are 5x - 10x higher since the update I posted on the weekend! And most of these views are coming internally from itch itself. Could this simply be the results of choosing a better name? 🤔

Yeah I totally think the name change is golden. And hopefully the game design changes you made have encouraged more people to share and talk about it. Top work dude!
Interesting, I am indeed noticing it start to subside. Perhaps the game gets displayed on a "recently updated" list somewhere? I must admit this is the first game I've released on itch with regular updates.
